Came quickly, price was half the price of Lock Surgeon! Quoted me a lower price on the phone however I knew it would be higher because they could not give a solid price on the phone. Said around 55-80$ but ended up being $173 for 15 mins of work. Was still glad I found them. Didn't break my lock either. I would have given a 41/2 or 5 star if the price given over the phone was solid. Guy who came was pleasant and professional.

This is a terrible company. I was quoted $15 per lock (2 locks), plus labour and new handles . They tried to sell me gold handles which were awful (said they were the gold line that was the best - bahahhahah!!!) and were totally out of style. I wanted brushed nickel so they charged me more for that then an hour later, new bill was $397! They are thieves for sure and I would never hire them again. I don't even know why I called them, they are an unknown name in the city and their customers service was even terrible on the phone but I had renters that were evicted so I called a few places

Pretty terrible expetience. I needed into my van so I called on a Saturday morning. They told me 15 minutes which turned into 50. I was also quoted $70 on the phone but once it was done he said it was a different kind of lock and charged me $140 even though it took under two minutes to pick the lock. They are thieves and were dismissive and disrespectful. Call literally anyone else
