Heatherbrae Builders is a BC owned and operated corporation that was founded in 1989 by Michael Knight and is now led by Dave Knight and Tim Knight. As construction managers, they are extremely lazy. They issue boiler plate scopes of work which don't reflect the drawings, they don't answer questions and if they do its verbally which means nothing anyway (how do you prove a verbal conversation). Its disgusting how they operate. I add a massive upcharge when I price these guys to cover the risk and their laziness.
