Calgary lock and safe was the lock company who treated me with so much respect and confidence. They went through safe options for me and gave me a very fair price for my unit. The installation crew were so nice, smart and efficient. They were on time and friendly as well, which we all know doesn't always happen! If I could give them 6/5 I would especially as a woman I didn't get any mansplaining, which I appreciated!

My husband and I were in the market for a home safe. We shopped numerous places but were not very impressed. I looked online at Calgary Lock and Safe, I received info back in a timely manner. Went to Calgary Lock and Safe to get a electronic deadbolt for my front door. First of all, the great job on the entrance. It looks like a safe and is pretty sweet!
A guy named Jake helped me out. He was friendly, showed me my options, and helped me pick out a lock without trying to upsell me on things with features I didn’t need.
I went with the Yale T1L. It seems to be well made and high quality. I also like the external 9 volt feature in case your battery’s die. I’ve had weiser and schlage in the past and the quality seems to be much better.
10/10 Will be going back to Jake for all

Today we had an emergency. Our store safe would not open so we could not open for business. Gary was very prompt and efficient. He was able to determine the problem over the phone and we were able to open our store without delay. I am very impressed. Ryan arrived at our place within 20 minutes on a Sunday evening.
He clearly informed us of the charges in advance and replaced our deadbolt lock in 15 minutes. He is professional, respectful and personable. There was no upsell.
Don't fall for the first advertisement you see when searching for locksmiths who offer a cheap discount service.
10/10 Would recommend again.
