Very friendly and willing to help out. Ordered a dead bolt that I couldn't find any place else. Would recommend this place for all your door lock needs.

Charming staff and so easy. I needed a regular key cut. I walked in, requested the key, the gentleman quickly obliged and was back within 3 minutes with a duplicate key.
Make sure to keep your eyes open, it is easy to miss on 11th. It is located right beside the old school record shop.

1. Parroting a lot of other reviews that the initial people that answer the phone are very rude and off-putting.
2. called on Monday to set an appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and never saw them. Thursday we called them they said that no appointment was scheduled. Scheduled another appointment for Thursday they came and said we get a quote the next day. Call them on Monday call them on Tuesday called them on Wednesday finally Thursday and asked to speak to the owner. I was told a quote was on the way and would get a call in 20 minutes from the owner. I never received a call.

I tried three other places to get my keys cut but none of them could match the size, this place had no problem, super fast and friendly service! I'll definitely be coming here for all my future lock needs!

Poor customer service and rude staff, Went to get a new key cut and they wouldn't do it claiming we needed a bunch and documents and paperwork and then proceeded to laugh and make fun of us for not cutting a key 19 years ago when we bought the house even though we explained that we didn't need to get a new key until now, personally I believe they shouldn't have a say as to when we should get a new key for OUR house especially without knowing us, and very unprofessional to laugh at a customers personally decisions. Would not recommend getting work done from them and I wish I could give a lower review

This a horrible company.
Last week they attempted to cut a key for my business. After three attempts and after they ruined the inside portion of my exterior lock, they sent over one of their so-called locksmiths.
He made the situation even worse and swore at us and walked away. Unbelievable. I then sent them an email asking for them to reimburse me for the keys and they did not.
I called my contractor and he came and resolved the situation. He explained that they cut the keys wrong because they used a wrong key to cut them with. It was something

Was able to come same day. Due to the nature of my doors the locksmith wasn't able to do what I initially wanted but he asked what problem I was trying to solve. He was then able to provide a better (cheaper) solution. Happy Customer.

These guys went above and beyond when I urgently needed a new key cut. I arrived just after closing on a saturday when all the employees were just locking up and leaving (which is rude of me... I know). I offered to come back Monday but I also explained that I needed the key cut as it was my only key and it was just about snapped in half. One of the locksmiths was happy to cut me some new keys on his own time when he really could have just told me to come back later. Great customer service!

These guys are awesome! Super professional, kind, and courteous. Our tenant lost the condo mailbox key. They came out the next day. Figured out a way to do it without having to drill out the existing lock. Also had a key cut that Rona, Lowes, Canadian Tire, and Superstore couldn't do.

These locksmiths are super professional! We choose them when our keys got stolen. We had to rekey all the locks and replace some of them. They were very affordable. There techs were very helpful and informed us of our options. They had to special order a color for us to match an existing lock and while we where waiting for the order they lent us a lock free of charge. When the special order arrive they came and change it out, we didn't even need to change the key. They also called ahead to say when they where going to arrive. Pretty disappointing. We required a service to install a mandatory fire lock in a building on whose board we volunteer and we're expected to take time off our paid jobs to accommodate their lack of after hours service. Phoned the very next place (Allways Affordable Locksmiths) and they were more than willing to help us out. Not everyone has the option to take time off work! That, and the receptionist had a really stubborn manner. Have never used Parry Bros, never will. Only selected them for proximity. Big mistake.
