I have always been pleased with the service, but when my furnace quit during the night and they answered my message at 7 A.M., I couldn't believe it! Dustin had been and gone before 10, price was reasonable, and the house is toasty warm

This past winter, we called this company four times....Did not show up for scheduled time twice, and when I called to find out why, they were very short with me and complained about how busy they were. I guess they don't like customers.I always said you have to give more than one chance but 4 times?! Never did show up and we wasted two days waiting for them. Had to run hot water to keep pipes open, put in heaters, keep the stove on and most of houseplants froze. Awful service, rude people, unprofessional.
