We had some water stains on our carpets from a bathroom flood and the team at carpet care solutions were amazing at bringing our carpet back to perfect condition. Right from the start, Dianne was friendly and helpful in setting up our appointment and ensuring all our questions were answered. Paul came to clean our carpets about 2 weeks later. He was punctual, kind and friendly. He cleaned our carpet in just about 2 hours and did a fantastic job. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Paul did an amazing job cleaning our bedroom carpets. They look like new in spite of stains in high traffic areas. Paul also replaced some small sections of Berber carpet in our basement which our puppy decided was great fun to pull at! Although the new sections stood out, when the rest of the carpet area was cleaned you could hardly see where the repaired sections are located.
Would highly recommend this company.

I usually don't post, however it hard not to when the service was this good. Paul arrived on time, was professional and the outcome was amazing! I have 5 kids and my off white carpet was disgusting. I wish I took a before and after picture. WOW! Like new. And it was dry within 12 hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company.

My experience with Carpet Care Solution was positive from start to finish. Diane was friendly and efficient in booking my appointment, Paul called as promised a half hour before arriving and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Paul is a professional who takes pride in doing the job right - he took care when bringing his equipment into our home and worked his magic making our carpet look like new. He even moved my treadmill back into place which I certainly did not expect. I will definitely call CCS whenever I need carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future!

We had a older cat who got sick then urinated and made a mess on our carpet. Paul came and deodorized and sanitized the carpet. About a week after cleaning the rug was both dry and odor free. There is no lingering perfume smell from the products he used. Both my wife and I are very sensitive to artificial smells. I was worried that we may have to have replaced our carpet. The professionalism and experience help save our carpet. Would recommend.

I used Carpet Care Solution to clean and disinfect a mattress that had been used by my elderly father-in-law. It was only about 3 years old and I hated to throw it out as it was still in good shape. I am so glad I decided to contact CCS. They are a very friendly and professional company, from my initial phone call to the company to Paul arriving to do the cleaning. Paul was running a little late but called me to let me know this (he was only about 15 minutes late), and got right to work on the mattress.
