We had someone come and “fix” our bathroom fan and plumbing That goes with it and only a couple of months later it’s raining inside my bathroom… we called the emergency line with it being a weekend and they told us they would charge us to come look and fix it… it’s your fault that the “fix” was not done properly there needs to be some kind of warranty on the work that they have done. We are not paying for someone to come and fix their own screw up.

I’ve had central air installed by these guys 3 summers ago... and every single summer the piece inside leaks all over my furnace... each time they send a guy out who blames the guy before him for some thing or… other yet none of them have fixed the issue! Hope these guys love when my husband and I and our three dogs show up to live there when their mess ups short circuit my wiring and burn my house down! This is a safety issue and I literally don’t know what to do anymore I definitely don’t want these guys back at my house though!

I live rural, 30minutes south of Brandon, and had an issue this summer (2019) with my well. Called those guys to come out for inspection. After spending 20 minutes on my site, they weren't able to help at all (traveling without any parts) but charged me over $300 for this service call. Those were some very expensive shrugs.

Just a heads up to anyone outside of Brandon using this company. weekend charge to Souris to rooter a line (1 hour travel time, 1 hour work time) for a total bill of $562.63. they charge $1.10 per kilometre not counting the $117.00 per hour for the plumber for a total of $220 for a hour of driving. Crazy pricing.
