Replaced hot water tank, in process 30gallons of water flooded into our crawl space. By draining how water tank through the pipe in the floor without checking to make sure it was actually a pipe.Destroying items, ruined an air conditioner. Original plumbers didn’t seem to care all that much. Left dirty hand prints all over our wall when they were… done installing. While cleaning up the water downstairs the vacuum over flowed and went all over upstairs floor. Us having to rip up the floors to dry everything out. All a complete headache from the start. Little compensation for our time

I had Sardis Plumbing & Heating over to look at my hot water tank and furnace. I believe the technician's name was Reuben. He was great. He looked over both units and then took the time to explain everything he did and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and just a great guy. I would definitely recommend Sardis Plumbing & Heating

My water heater was showing signs of wear and I booked an install of a new water heater 5 days later. I was switching from an electric to gas unit. Unfortunately, the night I accepted the quote and booked the appointment my unit bit the dust.
I had a pretty great experience with Sardis Plumbing & Heating. Alex answered all of my questions, Jeff & crew performed a very exceptional job on the install. Cleaned up after and everything was as good as new!

Sardis Plumbing & Heating performed a number of services for me and I was happy with everything. As a busy person, I appreciated that Alex answered my call after hours and was even able to book an appointment on the spot. Pricing and service were both excellent.

I have used Sardis Plumbing and Heating for my rental properties for many years. I have always been happy with their service and highly recommend them.
Unfortunately they have been very busy and sending business to ThermalTech Refrigeration. ThermalTech billed me $750 to change a thermocouple and a bleeder valve. They marked up the parts by close to 100% over the publicly advertised values of the parts and they billed me 6 hours to change the two parts.
The job was difficult due to access restrictions - you have to squeeze by or reach around the HW tank - but I have changed the thermocouple myself

We had our furnace upgraded. We were given sound advice on which unit was right for us, and the differences between options was helpfully explained. Timing was quick and the install was hitch-free. Contractor was helpful and answered my questions knowledgeably. Everything is up and running and working great! Highly recommended!

I was so impressed with Sardis Plumbing and Heating. I called the company and didn't leave a voice mail but was called back by a very congenial gentlemen who booked my appointment for the following day. The HVAC specialist, Bryan Crawford called me to let me know when he would arrive and was prompt, pleasant and very efficient. He gave me heat again which was greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will definitely use their great service in the future. Many thanks to Alex and Bryan!

Theses people took advantage of an 84 year old woman who thought her furnace was broken - it had inadvertently been shut off. They charged her $101 to turn the switch on. They would be getting. 5 star review, but instead I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague. No stars, no recommendations.😡

While we are away on holidays in Mexico our adult kids had a problem with our gas heater not shutting off properly. I called Monday and even though they estimated they would get there some time Tuesday the problem was repaired late Monday afternoon. The fabulous customer service was even more appreciated since we were so far away!

This is the 4th time I have used this company. They show up when they say, know their stuff and get the job done right. We have used them for duct cleaning, fireplace servicing, flushing our dryer vent line and today for heat pump servicing. Bryan was here and he diagnosed the issue and made sure everything was working 100% before he left. He also explained some things that I was unaware of because we never had a heat pump before. I highly recommend all branches of this company for all your plumbing, heating, venting needs.
