Our service technicians are equipped with the latest diagnostic technologies to quickly determine the nature of your service problem. Our technicians and installation crews are fully trained and certified. For your 'peace of mind' we are licensed, bonded so you know you've got the right people for your service or installation needs.
Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, no matter what kind you have, should be inspected, cleaned, and serviced at least once a year. The best scenario is to have the heating system checked in the Fall and the air conditioning checked in the Spring. One of the most important aspects of an HVAC system is the entry point for the air i.e. the filter.

Our furnace died and we asked around for recommendations and Neels came up. They were quick and professional. John worked with me to get a very quick quote and an install before the forecasted snow. We had an addition built on our property and our contractor used Neels Heating & Supplies to install the heat pump. Honestly, it's been nothing but problems, at first Neels was great to deal with as they had to replace one of the units after it kept error messaging and the techs couldn't fix it. The unit was installed in early 2021 and now it is November 2021, and the unit is yet again broken stating a "C4" error, which the manual doesn't explain how to troubleshoot. I have called THREE times asking for a tech to come out and service the unit and no one is getting back to me to schedule a time

I would just like to give a shoutout of THANKS to Neel's Heating, from here in Chilliwack who came out after hours to fix my 93 yr old Dad's air conditioner during that horrible hot spell. It was 32C in his house and they saved the day. Thank You!!

I called the office, the lady was very courteous took my name and number and she said someone would call in the next day or two. It now has been over 3 months and no one has called. It seems businesses have become complacent in these demanding times. Very disappointing as they came highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience! Every staff member I dealt was exceptional. The person who provided the quote was knowledgeable, friendly, and available to answer follow up questions - a total problem solver. The installation crew were on time, fast, courteous - total pros. The clerical staff were super friendly and really wanted to make sure that my experience was positive. The electrician did amazing work - by far the best electrician I have ever dealt with and well priced. The cost for the whole experience was extremely competitive. If you need A/C, look no further, you can't go wrong with Neels

We had an issue with our older valor fireplace a few months ago and had a different fireplace company come and take a look at it He was very helpful but said that if something else happens to it, it could not be repaired as parts were not available for it. When we needed help again, we called them back and the guy said that he told us that nothing could be done as it was too old.
A different company was called and they said they couldn't get out to look at it for a couple of weeks. We didn't want to have to wait as we used it for heat regularly.

I had a major furnace replacement done had to replace the mean trunk and supply Lines. I phoned around many places didn't get very good response and pricing from others or interest on doing the job. When i Phoned neels the customer service and pricing was awesome. So I decided to go with them and believe me I was so thankful I did they were so good and efficient awesome job thanks to everyone there. I will always highly recommend Neels.

Motor on our furnace was going and had Neels out to check out what the issue was. John who came out was very professional and helpful. When a new motor was to be installed Ron was at our house and again the professionalism was excellent. Both of these men were very personable and easy to work with. They never wore their shoes in the house and cleaned up more than was expected. Thank you Neels Heating and Supplies
