Used on commercial, industrial, and residential roofing. Two ply torch-on roofs are a two-part system that consists of a base layer and a granulated cap layer. The first layer can be installed over recovery board or insulation and can be fully torched down or mechanically fastened with a plate and screw, depending on the specs.
Because we are committed to offering the highest quality roofing to our customers, it makes sense that we have carefully selected the best in roofing products. Our flat roof was no longer draining and the pooling water was breaking down the old torch-on roof. A & B installed a sloped roof package and new torch-on roof, as well as new parapets, facia and metal cap. Justin was easy to deal with and has a great crew...hard working, respectful and polite. The quote was thorough and accurate so there were no surprises and unlike other companies we called A & B actually wanted our business! We are very happy with the result and recommend them without hesitation.

Justin and his crew were great to deal with. We just had a Re-re done on time and on budget. After I reached out for a consultation they promptly got back to me with a date and time. The quotes came back just as fast, and as soon as Justin talked me through my options he had his employees on site shortly after. As a homeowner this was a big undertaking and after speaking with three companies I am absolutely confident that we made the right decision! Very professional operation with an emphasis on quality, highly recommend.

This company provided us with quality service and two new roofs for our strata and we would have them back in a heartbeat. After having dealt with two companies who are nothing but fly-by-nights and caused us a lot of grief we are very pleased and happy to have had Above and Beyond as our roofing company whom we place a great deal of trust in and would recommend to anyone seeking quality work. I certainly would not focus on the one negative comment presented because one needs to consider the source of that comment.

Happy with the price and the product. They did a total re-roof for me. Replaced flat roof tar and gravel with torch on, replaced perimeter mansard wall with lifetime composite shingles and added all new sheet metal capping. They had to work around the inclement weather and were careful not to tear off any more than could be properly covered between rain and snow squalls. All crew members were skilled, polite and happy to answer any questions as the job progressed. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough clean up at job's end. We requested some add-ons and they were expertly done and at a fair

I would highly recommend Above and Beyond Roofing! Justin and his team replaced my original tar and gravel roof with an up to date torch on for both my home and detached garage. The crew was very knowledgeable and the job was ran professionally from start to finish. They kept my property spotless throughout the project, at the end of each day I couldn’t even tell a job was in progress. I was impressed with the teams attention to detail, organization and overall enthusiasm to install a roof that should last for many years.
