Alves Bros Custom Homes began in 2007 with 2 employees and has consistently grown since then to over 14 team members encompassing office, and site employees ranging from apprentices to Red Sealed carpenters. We've completed over 250 projects and are proud to service the Okanagan area. At Alves Bros Custom Homes we know construction.
We manage your project from inception to completion. Services include obtaining all permits, working with all subcontractors and providing our Home Warranty Certificate at the end. We have a team of dedicated skilled tradespeople who work together collaboratively and efficiently to keep your project on track and most importantly, on budget.

I used Alves Construction to redo my front walkway, replaced it with flagstone. Very pleased with how friendly the team was and cared for all my small needs throughout the job. Very knowledgable with the work they do. I am having them do my driveway this coming spring. Highly recommend!

It's easy to work with Miguel and his team. They are professional, courtesy, friendly and knowledgeable. They always showed up on time and start working right away. I contacted Miguel and he was the fastest responder on yelp and message, he gave me a reasonable quote that was very detailed. He was responsive to phone calls and emails and I knew what was going on and what to expect every step of the way.They do multiple task like paver, concrete, stone, sod, plant, mulch...everything is good. Now I have a nice backyard and nice side walk to enjoy outside activities.

Miguel is going to be my #1 go-to-person for anything related to yard work! He was extremely responsive and quick to come out to take care of my request. We communicated entirely through text messages and he even sent pictures of the job after completion and then later sent me his account details for payment.
