For the past few years, I use Trio for my projects and they always give excellent service. I find it very easy to arrange for a pour because Mark is very responsive (phone and/or texts), and the day of the pour also goes very smoothly.
Today's pour was just a small batch (1.5m3), and Ken M was excellent. He even lent a hand when the wheelbarrow gave us troubles. Over and above!

Called for a concrete supply price and the first question from the salesman is "who is doing your wood framing" and then I get other strange questions unrelating to the supply of concrete. Eventually I hung up and called someone else

Quoted one price over the phone and when we went to pay they claimed an additional $100.00 charge for Saturday delivery. Ridiculous!
