All Systems Roofing
All Systems Roofing is a specialist when it comes to the built-up roofing (BUR) systems. Also known as a tar and gravel roof, this type of roof is the oldest form of flat roofing system. It consists of four plies of organic felt paper and asphalt combination. The plies may also include organic or fiberglass felts.

Built-up roofing is usually finished off with a gravel surface. All Systems Roofing installs all types and dimensions of mechanical curbs and flashings for flat roofing systems. The different types of systems for which we can provide mechanical curbs and flashings includes BUR systems, Modified bitumen systems, EPDM systems, PVC / TPO systems and Metal roofs.

The modified bitumen system is a reinforced two-ply system consisting of a base sheet and a cap sheet. It is typically a factory rolled product that is made from rubberised or polymeric asphalt. This membrane has a granulated surface that comes in various colours and protects against UV rays. This system can be used on low slope surfaces, where shingle will fail.

The built-up roofing system is one of the most common choices for flat and low-slope roofs. The technique has been used for more than 100 years and is often called the "tar and gravel" roof, reflecting the materials used. One thing that sets BUR systems apart from other roofing systems is the several layers that provide durability and protection from the elements.
The roof is your facility's first defence against damage from the weather, UV rays, and wind-carried debris. It is vital to have the proper roofing for your structure, and EPDM is a popular type among many home and business owners. EPDM Systems primarily consist of ethylene and propylene. It is a synthetic, vulcanized rubber that stands up to UV rays, weather conditions, and other risks.

I agree with Cody, however my experience living across from a place they have been working on is that they start the power tools at 5:30am.

Crew members are normally always cursing, they show up at 7AM and start running heavy machinery for a half hour then leave for the day basically anything they get work done it's very early in the morning they end up waking the entire apartment complex up. Very disrespectful and unprofessional since they have been working on this roof for 2-3 weeks now I know why because ether maybe work and hour a day and do everything before residential construction is even supposed to legally start due to the noise it causes but these guys again don't care here every morning at 7 on the dot and they are gone
