Shout out to them helping out. The repair person/installer went out of his way and not only fixed the rood but also fixed someone else’s mistake/laziness. He could have easily gone the “not my problem” route but he chose to be professional, courteous, and ethical and looked after the job.

We needed work done on our balcony after the plywood underneath the membrane rotted from a leak. We were so lucky to have Kyle and Mark working on our house. Kyle takes enormous pride in doing an excellent job. It was as if he were working on his own home. He answered all of our questions while reassuring us that the balcony would be sealed tight when he was done. Due to scheduling and coordinating with workers from another company replacing the wood, Kyle and Mark had to tag team and come back on multiple days. I called them to fix a roof that they installed 3 years ago because it started to leak.
It took me 1 month for them to finally return my calls.
They told me it would cost $300 just to have someone come by.....not even to fix the roof...just to assess it.
They don't stand by their craftsmanship at all.

This company was contractor for our builder, we bought a house from. After a little more than two years we have a problem with our roof, causing water penetration. I have tied to contact the company. May 2019 left a message - no response, no call back. June 2019 - ask reception for manager or owner to give me a call - no response, no call back. Story to be continued :(

Trudel and Sons Roofing recently replaced the shingles on our roof and we are very happy with the finished project. It was a pleasant experience starting with John providing an estimate and answering any questions we had, to the installation crew. Darryl and his team provided an excellent quality of workmanship and were very professional and courteous. They ensured the gardens and surrounding areas were protected and the clean-up of the old shingles, nails, and any other debris was exceptional. Victor was referred to me by a friend. He arrived for the appointment on time, was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable (compared to the other quotes I received) and we arranged a date to do the re-roofing job. His crew were great, they did an excellent job over several days and cleaned up after themselves. No issues to report.

After having called several roofing companies regarding my damaged shingles only one was honest and dedicated to giving me the appropriate service for my roof.the customer service representatives (LAUREN) was diligent in finding out as much information about my roof as possible,Trudel and sons care just as much about there workmanship as the product they install,To me that is what all gold seal companies should aspire to be.

I contacted Victor from Trudel to check out issues with my roof he was quick and professional when he came out. The estimate was reasonable and we went forward with the work. The crew arrived on time and worked professionally, I appreciated the thorough clean up they did. Since they did the work, I have recommended them to other people looking at getting their roof done.
