Used them to move my mother across the city a few weeks ago and forgot to give them a great review. It started out a bit on the late side(9 a.m. turned into 10:30) but we understand things happen) and then the guys got there and immediately went to work and put us at ease. My mother even forgot to to bring the keys for her new place and the guys patiently waited for us to go back to get them and completed the rest of the move. Recommend them!!!

After numerous comparable quotes the thing that sold us on Top Notch Movers was the fact that the owner Dale took the time to come to our home personally to assess our moving needs. After making the decision to go with Top Notch there was always a good line of communication to answer any questions we had and to ensure everything was on time and on track. Thank you France.

I have used this company twice, and have been blown away each time they move me. I had Mackenzie and Lloyd this time, they were amazing. They took my bed apart and and put it back together, as well as my kitchen table. From one basement suite to another which is never easy. I was so impressed at how fast and professional they were. I highly recommend this company for your next move. All t.v.s were wrapped and not one thing was broken or even out of sorts. I will definately use them again for any future moves. They are simply awesome! Highly recommended. Super dedicated group of movers(Richard and his crew) supported by a superb owner. I have never seen a business owner as good as Dale. He went above and beyond to work extra hours to finish up my packing which was super complicated. Very highly appreciated! I would hire them again if i have to move again in the future

This company promised us an excellent move from edmonton to Victoria. A deal came out and sold me on his company. Unfortunately I fell for his salesmanship. When our furniture arrived, quite a few pieces were damaged especially our barbeque that I just purchased three months earlier. He forced me too take cash instead of going through insurance and I sure regret that. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

I am satisfied with my experience with Top Notch Movers and would call them again when moving.
The communication was excellent, the team took time to answer all of my questions and provided a fair estimate of the costs.
Richard and his guys ensured everything was transported quickly and securely.
The only reason I am giving four stars is that they were 30-40 minutes late. That was not critical for me, though, and Richard brought a third person to make the whole move faster.
The move ended up costing quite a bit less than the quote, but I was well prepared (all disassembled and packed).

Amazing customer service. We did a long haul move from Edmonton to Grandeprairie, and rented a 22 foot truck. They wrapped and took care of all our belongings, not to mentioned had additional boxes to condense loose bags and boxes. Great service and quick unload and loading of all our belongings. I would recommend for any of your local or none local moves.

Dale and his boys are Top Notch Movers for real. No whining or extra changes. They moved my hot tub from Edmonton to Calgary without an effort. The rest of the house was packed up with speed and efficiency and with the care you would expect for your life. Hard working and recommended over any company. Fast, punctual, reasonable, hard working, honest, sincere, helpful, willing to do anything to get the job done right, covid supplies, carpet runners, good natured and billing appropriate. Happy and family orientated 2 trucks and a good attitude. Best of all i'm happy happy.

I had a very bad experience with Albert is top notch movers they damage some of my stuff and they went through boxes they shouldn't have the mover was rude and the move ended up costing a lot more because they were slow and they took an hour and a half on break I would never recommend this company to anyone be warned
