We replaced our furnace with Coretemp in 2013. Since then they have been reliable in both yearly service and emergencies. The furnace went out late last night. They helped me get it going this morning over the phone and we're here in under an hour to put a permanent fix in place. All on Saturday morning. I can't recommend them enough.

My furnace stopped working on the first colder Friday evening of the year. I was desperate to find someone who could help me quickly since I have a small infant at home. Richard saw that I phoned and phoned me back, almost immediately. He talked me through my concern and even though I'm quite far from his regular area, he came over and had my furnace back in working order within hours.
I've been able to count on Richard and his associates to be friendly, helpful, dilligent, and trustworthy over the last ten years. Thank you for helping me out, yet again!

We just moved in a house and think it is better to have the furnace checked. My friend recommended CoreTemp to us. While it takes 2 weeks to book our first appointment, Erik from the company is very nice explaining the details of the visit. My husband and I are very happy that we went with Coretemp Heating and Air to replace our AC.
Richard and Eric were punctual, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
What really stood out for me was how they respected my home as if it was theirs. Without me even asking, they removed their shoes upon entering my house. We live in a townhouse and unfortunately there is no direct access to our backyard... so they had to bring the dismantled AC (which had been leaking oil) through my house. They carefully brought it thru the house without any problem.

Our hot water tank was leaking and we called Richard (the owner) on a Saturday and he picked up right away. By Monday morning he was at our house with a quote and a solution. By Wednesday it was all perfectly installed and he fixed all the other things wrong in our furnace room!! All I can say is what a professional and clean, clean, clean!! Amazing and thank you Richard, I have my HVAC guy for life!

Upon calling the company phone number I was pleasantly surprised that Richard (the owner) answered. After explaining the issue with our Google Nest thermostat Richard was very polite and patiently explained how to resolve the issue, and even took the time to walk me through making a few adjustments in the interim while speaking on the phone.
