Extended my possession date by 4 months, interest rates went up in that time and now I have to pay more interest on my mortgage because I had to requalify. My credit was pulled 4 TIMES. It took you guys 1 year to build a small house. They used cheap materials during the spike of lumber. Don’t buy a home from them.

I've normally always heard positive things about Morrison, so to my surprised when my good friend advise me of this terrible exprierence in the purchase of his new forever home, located in Mahogony. Having to go around and around on items that should've be addressed, continuously increasing cost where it shouldn't have been. Poor communicaion, and hidden costs that only came to light after contact was signed, and after being advise that those particular cost would not apply. The list goes on and on, it's discourgaring to hear that this reputable home build has provided such sub-par services since

They defiantly know how to get you to sign but after that the experience is nothing exciting or exceptional. I don’t get why their ratings are so high but probably because of those frustrated clients who are just done with their service. Buyer beware, do your research and don’t always take their verbal confirmations because when you actually have an issue, they will dismiss it. This builder has taken the excitement of our new home where we were going to call it “our forever home”. We don’t even tell family or friends who the builder is because it’s not worth the time to look. Very disappointed

Critical: Quality, Value
Bought the house from original owner, poor quality craftsmanship, cheap materials. Everything is about apparent impression and nothing else...even the insulation in the attic I had to redo it...Find a conscious contractor or better be your own contractor (if you know what are you doing, of course).

They need to get a better person than TRAVOR to show the houses at Rockland Park. I have never met someone so rude as him, I won't be buying a house because of this person. I asked him questions about a house and all his answers were I don't know!! Then why you are here!! The way he talks is very rude as if he owns the area and he is giving you the house for free!! I have no idea how come he has a job.

Angela is the one who made our process easier as it was our first house she helped a lot. As a new buyer i asked her so many questions some of them may be twice or three time but she was so patient throughout. We will be getting house in September very excited and looking forward to move. Definitely suggest all to at least visit show homes once if you are looking to buy all upgrades in reasonable price.

We have a great experience building our home with Morrison Homes at Walker Summit. Sudip the area manager & Cleo his assistant we're very professional and answer all our questions, addressed our concerns right away, they support us from beginning till end. very accommodating & friendly they allow us to visit our home anytime. they made us part of the built from paper works, to the start of construction till the possesion day. we are very happy with the outcome of our Home.. Brenna at the design studio guide is on choosing our interior design made sure the outcome of our home will look

It's very upsetting to write this because buying a morrison home has been a dream of my family for so long!
For the record, we have been in this home for about a year and a few months now and I have tried to resolve all these issues by emailing the person of contact. This is my attempt to let people know because I don't want anyone to face the same issues that I did.
First and foremost, my biggest complain was our granite. We upgraded the kitchen and got a beautiful granite put in. A few weeks in, we noticed that theres some rusting and discoloration inside the granite and I immediately

In 2018 I had put a $18k deposit on one of the spec builds in Darcy Ranch which was already under construction. I promptly listed my (Morrison) home in Cranston. I reduced the price several times to sell it & was growing concerned that it wasn’t selling. I had communicated this several times with the sales manager in Darcy Ranch & was repeatedly… told that Morrison Homes would work with me. I am beyond impressed with every experience we have had through Morrison. Michelle was SO great at Livingston, she has made our process so easy and is always attentive. Lindsey at the design studio was also such a pleasure and we enjoyed our time with her. She gave awesome recommendations and again, made the experience very easy. Gord at Trail Appliances was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and gave input when needed! Overall just really impressed with Morrison and the employees they have. Thank you everyone who has made our first time buying so awesome.

Morrison is full of apologies but fails to get the work done. They feel to manage their contractors once they have your money and do not care when the landscaping work gets completed. They will say it’s because of the weather but many homes in the area in Livingston have been completed were the people took possession long after myself. This is not a weather related issue or seasonal related issue this is a fact Morrison does not care about their customer.

Not Impressed with the level of customer service from Morrison. After going through the whole process of drawings, selections and electrical changes they decided, a week before starting construction to advise me to pay to relocate the electrical panel to the mechanical room. At no point in our discussion did the sales person I was dealing with advise me that this would be located anywhere other than in the mechanical. Why would something as basic as an electrical panel be a $1200?? To make matters worse, the rep later admitted this was her mistake and yet the President of Morrison did not feel
