We have been building beautiful one-of-a-kind custom homes in the inner city since 1994. Whatever its square footage a Laratta home is beautiful and full of story. Laratta has designed and built some of the most distinctive homes in Mount Royal, Roxboro, Rideau, Elbow Park, Britainia, Briar Hill and Altadore.

Laratta Homes is seriously lacking in communication, integrity, and professionalism. We rented a home from them for over year without issue, until they withheld our deposit despite us having passing the final inspection. They were nearly impossible to contact via phone or e-mail throughout the entire process. The best words to describe Laratta Homes are slimy, and deceitful.
They demanded to show the home without 24 hours notice on multiple occasions, even after the Covid-19 pandemic. They sent us our money for the deposit back subtracting nearly a quarter of it for unknown charges and have yet
