I thought it was all one bad dream until I was left with mediocre bathrooms that were not to my specifications and a kitchen with dysfunctional drawers. I did not have a singular positive experience with any of the planners and jewelry went missing at the time of construction. As soon as the crooks in charge received the last payment they left our home without finishing construction and refused further contact. I am now under the impression that these are scam artists and not renovators.

Worst experience in my adult life. This company can not be trusted. Right off the start what they said was fictional at best but usually a lie with a lie to cover the lie. When it wasn't a lie it was lack of communication they called them hiccups but we were only given information when it suited them or not at all. We had a kitchen and four washrooms done but were given very low priority for the money we spent. Often when things were promised it never happened and we had to dig out the reality .my suggestion is to avoid these people or have an ironclad construction projections.Consider also what

I can't say I had a lot of exposure to this branch of Zumin. But their team was capable and willing to go through with the home renovation process during my house sale, going through multiple avenues to secure funding which would be wrapped into the final sale of the house.
Their 3D scan of the house as well was accurate and textured appropriate to the insides, down to the imperfect flooring and baseboards. As well, the digital mock ups of the eventual design for the kitchen island rework were well constructed.

This is the terrible place to hired omg my kitchen was very tiny they took almost 3 months still not done yet also the work is like someone learning omg if I have choice less then 1 start rating I could be rate them unfortunately I got stuck in them, I never had this much bad experience before see this people.

Garry and Laddie was with us from inital design to the final stage. They helped us with our vision of our dream home from a blank slate. From on site to their showroom they were with us so we were able to design and customize to our exact preference. We Were updated weekly with pictures and always keep in the loop
They were never pushy to upgrade but let us know what upgrades were needed for a good return on investment when we decided to sell. We couldn't of done it without them. .
