These guys were very professional. I had some work done at my house which is around 20 minutes outside of Midland. They were prompt and accommodating to exactly what I wanted. My only concern was that one of the exhaust vent holes was not measured properly and thus required cutting away a part of the existing framing inside the house which will now need to be repaired.

Over the winter we had some issues with our furnace not working correctly. Scott's sent one of their service technicians and it was determined that it was probably a dirty sensor, which was cleaned and everything seemed to work well after that. However things started to go wrong again around the beginning of May and we had to have them come back and take another look at our furnace. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Scott tried to walk me through what might be the issue and after working with me on the phone and guiding me through a few tests we both determined that a service call was in order

Installed hot water heater,did not install thermometer,when asked about it they sent a used one and said I had to call home Depot to get a new one.Totally ripped me off.Home Depot came good for it.Installed it myself.Told Home Depot that I don't want them back in my house.Beware,also they were a rude.
