As the Director of operations at a small Calgary owned company I hired these folks to remove and old concrete and pour a new concrete patio. The new concrete showed cracks after the winter thaw 3 months after their warranty ended. It took over 6 phone calls and a dozen emails with pictures however they refused to return my calls or help with a solution. After 6 calls I asked for a manager and was told they didn't have one as they had undergone internal changes. Their estimator and project manager finally came out and told me the cracking was very odd and he would look into it. 6 weeks later I received
