We moved from Kelowna to Calgary and these guys were great. Very professional and fast. We had 600 items they moved and had almost no issues. They were incredible and worked very hard with no negativity. They cost a little bit more but are worth every penny. These guys are professional movers and they walk the walk!

Unbelievable experience from start to finish! Moving is such a stressful process, and this team went above and beyond for us and made it an enjoyable experience. The two individuals (sorry, forgot their names - young woman and an mature gentleman) who packed up/wrapped up our home items were efficient and professional. They were done in a timely manner and worked around my husband and I as we stayed in the house and confirmed what needed to be packed up and what would go with us.

Terrible experience, terrible communication and severely overpriced for the service provided. My belongings are currently 10 days late and will still be a few more days! Gotta love sleeping on an air mattress for two weeks and not being able to set up my new place. I recommend finding a different company

I had a little bit of a rocky start when first trying to contact this company, but that was very quickly resolved and I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the professionalism and high customer service standards they have starting from the owner, all the way down to the movers. The owner really cares about making sure the customers are 100% satisfied with their move, while still offering the most affordable service in the city.
I had Tim, and Scott for my move. They showed up exactly at the time they were scheduled for, which instantly got my moving day off on a great start.

Highly recommend Western Moving! Competitive pricing, excellent service and professional movers. On the day of our move, Tim, Brian and Devon showed up early and got to work right away. They treated our goods and furniture respectfully, surgically packing the moving truck so all was safe during transport. Anything we needed help with, the moving team was happy to take on. Tim, Brian and Devon were also very respectful around our kids which I really appreciated. Everything was completed on time and on budget. A nice bonus too was that nothing was damaged!

If you get the short end of the stick with any company, hopefully you picked one that had a customer service department or was a member of the BBB. That way there's a good chance that your issue will get resolved.

Terrible company. I had nothing but headaches, problems and delays every step of my move. Surprising, because this moving company provided the most expensive estimate, but stupidly I went with them anyway because they were professional and courteous on the phone. The icing on the cake was when they didn't show up to deliver my things on the scheduled day because the driver was sick. And you were going to tell me this when...? I'm not sure why they don't have a contingency plan for illness or why they can't pick up a phone to let their customer know, but whatever the case is
