Really happy with the service provided! They made it really easy to request a quote, and they were available to clean our office carpets on short notice. Stains that had been there from years of being a pet-friendly office, as well as regular spills and stains are no where to be found!

I just got my area rug back two days ago and i am completely disappointed. from the reviews i read i thought i was going to get great service and a clean rug. unfortunately my area rug looks dirtier than it has ever been and even has a smell which it didnt to begin with. i sent it to get washed because it was a white rug that we had tried to… clean a spot on and accidentally used too much soap on so it left a soapy stain. other than that my white rug was clean, the messaging system they have is quite confusing i have messages from about 7 different numbers which was annoying but not a deal

Carpet Masters did an excellent job cleaning our area rug. It didn't have any major stains, but after years of our dog running in and out, the occasional spill, and visitors who forgot to take their shoes off, it was looking far from its best. We considered buying a new one, but decided to give Carpet Masters a try, instead. I'm very glad we did! Our rug looks terrific and the customer service was great. Dano even followed up with an email to make sure we were happy.
