I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new windows and front door! The install process was amazing! Dave and his partner were very professional and neat. They took their time but were very efficient. They made a minimal mess and cleaned up any debris from the installation. I was mostly impressed by the trim Dave added around my windows. Over all I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I was referred to this company from the property manager at my townhouse complex. After my and my neighbours terrible installs and completely disrespectful lack of customer service, Alton Windows will no longer be used at all for the entire townhouse complex.
My windows were installed damaged. The pictures attached were sent to customer service an hour after install. Paint is chipped. Scratches all over the windows. The insides are not painted. The caulking was a terrible mess. And there are white foam pieces stuck in every corner on the inside and outside of the windows.

Not very happy with the quality of my window and service received from customer service.
I purchased a frosted bathroom window in 2010 and had alton come by to install it. The window was great at first until 2 years in.
The mesh got dry rot, the clips on the frame snapped off, the crank hinges rusted, recently this past week or so the window seal has broken between the pane and sash exposing tiny brown beads and bending the silver trim between the pane.
I called in and was told that the glass is only warranted for 5yrs and I need to pay for a new one if I wanted.
This is ridiculous! How aren
