I was very happy with my move with Eager Beaver. They were able to reschedule me to the following day due to freezing rain, and then did a great job in --27 weather. Great 3 man crew, very professional, quick, and helpful placing furniture at destination. The final price was lower than their estimate, and the experience was positive in every way.

Recently moved and was searching around for different moving companies that had insurance and had a good reputation. After calling a few companies I ended up choosing Eager Beaver Moving, and am I ever glad I did. They were extremely professional, efficient and affordable. Booking was easy.
When the crew showed up to my house, I was amazed at how efficient they were. The disassembled my furniture efficiently and covered it before putting everything in the truck. They have a system that works. I will most definitely be referring my friends, family and clients to Eager Beaver Moving in the future

We recently chose Eager Beaver because of the great reviews and we are glad we did. The team was amazing amazing through the entire process. They were able to answer all of our questions leading up to the move so we were very clear on what to expect. The moving team showed up right on time and worked extremely hard the entire day. More importantly than the speed the team was very careful ensuring everything was packed and moved in perfect condition. They’re professional, polite and well organized on all fronts. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I’m still in utter shock at how fast and helpful they were during the move—highly recommended!

We had a really basic and simple move. We had packed and moved all the small stuff ourselves and called Eager Beaver to move just the big, heavy stuff- freezer, dining room, bedroom, a loveseat and a couple chairs and small tables. They quoted 2 to 3 hours. It took two lethargic, lazy guys 7 hours! They had excuse after excuse (heavy furniture, stairs, long hallway, wrapping furniture...) And they had to have their hourly smoke break, too! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID!

I hired Eager Beaver Movers to help me move recently and they were fantastic. The team of three that they sent were so efficient, professional, and polite throughout. They took amazing care of all of our possessions, as well as the homes. The team also took the time to make sure all the furniture and heavy items were in just the right place before they left, and really took pride in their job. Amazing!

These fellows do a pretty good. This was the 2nd time we've used this company. Only problem is that they don't seem to communicate between themselves regarding instructions we gave. Asking them not to take certain items but they did anyway. Also anything that hadn't been packed, they pick up everything and pack it so some boxes you'll never know what's inside til you open it. Sometimes a real surprise! Think our bill got up to $2400. Can be quite expensive in the end.

TLDR: if you need movers I would 100% recommend these folks! Great experience, great value, and great employees. I had such a fantastic experience with their team- the perfect blend of friendly and professional. The walkthrough was simple, easy and very professional and getting the paperwork done up was a breeze since it was all via email. The… packer(whom I missed the name of) was amazing, did a great job wrapping stuff and was so quick I was amazed. I had a great experience with them! I was able to book and confirm a move within 7 days and Caleb and Sydney were a pleasure to work with! They were on time, quick, efficient and careful with all my items. They also happily agreed to add another stop on the day of the service to move a fridge and were helpful when the garage didn't open. They disassembled and assembled my bed and finished the whole process and move across town in under 4 hours time. I dont even know where to begin. The two nicest, most efficient gents showed up at our house withing their scheduled arrival time the day before our move, and they quickly had our house packed for moving the next day. The next day the same 2 gents arrived with another fellow and they got right to it. They were so efficient we had to take a few things back to the old house! They had us loaded and on the way to the new house in no time. When we all arrived at the new place, there was a horrible several hour delay. It was very hot, 28 above humid lovely spring day for relaxing in the back yard

We recently used Eager Beaver for our office move within Edm. The entire process, from quoting, to scheduling, to the move itself was as smooth & easy as any move can be. The 'moving men' were friendly, polite and careful with our furniture, equipment etc. They offered helpful advice, and even moved some items that weren't part of the original quote - w/o increasing costs! Choosing a mover can be a risky proposition, however Eager Beaver really stepped up and delivered. We highly recommend them.

Best moving experience I have EVER had, hands down. We hired these folks to unload a 28 foot container of our household goods. They showed with a 6-person crew and were DONE in an hour and 12 minutes. No whining, no complaining, no bumped walls, no dropped items. Just sheer can-do attitudes and an effort to please. They were near, nice, polite, accommodating, and the list goes on. Can I give them 6 stars??!! Moving in Edmonton?? You should hire Eager Beaver movers.

I saw the amazing reviews on yelp so I thought I would give them a try.... wow do they make moving easy and painless. They move quick and are very careful when moving your items. This is a family run business that has been around for a long time. I don't picture myself moving ever again without these guys - highly recommend!

We hired these guys because of the reviews we found on Yelp. They were worth every penny. We had a possession date of Dec 22nd (not our choice) and moving at that time of year just added to the stress of moving. We called and John came to the house to give us a quote. He was very professional and friendly. The quote was what we expected based off of research that we had done on rates with other companies. At the end of the day they were pretty much bang on to what we were quoted.
We had 10 years of stuff in that house and I know it would be a challange so that was why we decided to hire movers

After reading the reviews on here, we hired Eager Beaver Moving for two moves in Edmonton (from a one bedroom apartment to a warehouse, then from the warehouse to a two-story home). We received great service, the quote came in very reasonable, they answered our questions promptly and moved all of our possession diligently and with care. The movers were very friendly and unloaded all of our stuff in the rooms we asked and were mindful of the walls and floors. There were no hidden surprises with the bill and they offer multiple payment options including credit card. I highly recommend this company

We hired Eager Beaver Moving to pack and move across the city to our new place in Edmonton. I'm pretty sure they are the best movers in Edmonton. John was a pleasure to deal with, and he and his team were very courteous and careful with our move.
Everything was packed so well. Not a single broken item, which is kind of amazing. They even packed up all of our artwork with far more care than we would have been able to do ourselves.
