Had some bad stains and carpet that was well used. Called alpine and owner operator Todd showed up and boom it looked like a new carpet. Very knowledgeable and efficient and is careful not to damage corners of wall or baseboards. Highly recommend.

I didn’t think my carpets were worth cleaning. I thought it was time to let them go and start fresh. We had consultation, Todd explained don’t give up on your carpets they just need a deep clean. Worst experience ever!!! Not recommending this guy to anyone.
So my appointment was scheduled for 11:30AM and for whatever reasons, he called me at 9:30AM and said he will be coming to my place in 45 minutes, I was in middle of doing things and had to drop everything and made my way to the place. 20 minutes after the first call, he called again and said he is at my place, and when I said I am on my way, he was rude to me, he was like, hurry up as he got to leave.
Finally when I got there, he was like, I have to go as I don’t feel like working all day.
So he did a rush job cleaning my 2 bedrooms
