Eureka provides the level of professionalism that we have been looking for, for years. Their Concierges are intelligent, organized, and very friendly -- they are sincerely interested in making the condo building the best. The owner/manager is hands on, ensuring that communication between the Concierges and the Strata Council is perfect. We can't believe that we spent so many years with inferior service, when we could have been excelling with Eureka.

We have them in our building they are the most unprofessional security company I have even seen in my whole life. their guards are very unprofessional they wear light blue jeans while on duty . they do not pick there phone when tenants call about noise complaints they never respond to the noise complaints or any emergency that happens in our building when the fire alarm goes off there no where to be found probably sleeping in there office when there guards do there exterior patrols they have their headphones in there ears and not paying attention to what is going on a round them. one of there guards
