Very professional. Moe did a great job installing my security camera system at my home, at a price much lower than competitors. He didn't try to over charge me for things I don't need, like other competitors. He took the time to understand what I needed, and gave me a very fair price.

Very happy with the work performed by Moe. Found Moe very professional, knowledgeable, responsive to my requests and customer service oriented. He did not take any short cuts and made good recommendations to save me time and money, where possible. I initially considered Black Knight due to a family referral but I am glad I went ahead using Moe’s services. I originally lived in Vancouver where I used Black Knight for all my security needs including cameras which I received an excellent deal on. I now live in HOPE where to my surprise they were more than happy to service me there! They drove all th way Vancouver to make sure I felt safe and sound.
In no time at all cameras were back up the alarm installed. I have never been so pleased with a company as I am with Black Knight. I highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced.

Came to my home and dealership to install alarm and cameras. Collected his money and stopped answering the phone and fails to correct issues with both alarm systems. Was friendly to begin with. His alarm installer quit half way thru the job at my dealership because he wasn’t getting paid.

Any capable business owner/manager should be capable enough to quote a job and stick to the amount quoted. You increased prices for both the home and the business after agreeing to complete the job for X amount. Cameras you installed are already gone blurry only 4-5 months after install. My business

Installation done right on a rainy Saturday !! Professional and courteous experience from inspection to quotation until acceptance. Priced very well for home security. Moe is great at troubleshooting issues arising during installation. Would definitely recommend.
