I purchased my front entrance door last year from Entry Doors Toronto which is Manufactured by Palma Doors. It is way more beautiful than I imagined it would be. I went to the showroom and I was given a tour of the factory to look at the various options which helped me make a great choice. I love my new door that we recently purchased from Delco. Palma doors make such beautiful doors. I knew exactly what I wanted and they made it like the picture I had in my mind. The customer service was impeccable. The quality of the door is great, and there is a variety of hardware options to choose from. As I can see most of complaints have to be addressed not to Palma (manufacturer), but to door companies who sold these doors to final consumers. Palma can build "basic Chevy" or "Cadillac" depending on door seller specification. You just have to be careful and responsible when choosing a door place and make sure you have all information about materials, type of the door and what works better for your specific conditions. For example, you can't install stained fiberglass door if it is facing sun all day long and there is no roof above to cover it from rain and snow etc. I have fiberglass door in

Had an issue with my front door due to manufacturer's defect (rusting from behind trim). Customer Service ignored my repeated phone calls and emails and I eventually gave up. Door was expensive and is now only five years old. Door sill has a huge crack in it and the lock mechanism failed. Do not recommend this company.
