We had lived with an unfinished basement for years and decided it was time to finish it. The project was completed by Thomas Cochren Homes, lead by Vic Pongetti, and we were thrilled with both the construction experience and the finished product! The workmanship was excellent and the construction transition was painless.

Had them come to do design and Reno for our upstairs and kitchen.
They gave us a plan which was good ,however the price kept being changes between the one partner of Cochran Homes and another manager/ crew leader ,and it was confusing.
We decided to just do the kitchen and paid again for an alternative for kitchen without tearing down walls.
The cost of cupboards built by Posy Kitchens was reasonable.However the cost added to the cupboards ,which they installed themselves,was little compared to the enormous amount wanted by Cochran to demo the kitchen,put in new flooring and paint and finish
