Work with award-winning in-house designers to meet your specific needs for your new home from plan design, revisions, and complete construction drawings. We service the Okanagan, Southern BC Interior, and Boundary regions of British Columbia. When designing your home, our designers work hand in hand with the estimating department.
Our 4 unique home building programs are designed with the flexibility to allow your involvement in the building process and actual construction should you so choose. Harmony's detailed tender forms and documentation system are continually being updated and designed to eliminate "cost over-runs", ensuring that all that you wish for is included and nothing is overlooked.
In 1992 the Canadian Home Builder's Association created a program to recognize "the best of the best" in the housing industry. Harmony has received numerous prestigious housing awards - Regionally, Provincially, and Nationally. It should be noted that all of these awards began in our design department.

Worst thing we ever did was hire Harmony Homes to build our house in Grand Forks. Their representative was never on site and we were basically left on our own to meet all the trades and make.decision about things we knew nothing about. If we knew how to build a house why we would have hired them as our contractors?? The plumbing was done so… poorly that our Master Bathroom smelt like crap because the septic field was venting back into it. And our represenative had no idea how to build a house with 10' ceilings and as a result the he convinced us to install all of our windows so high from

We are just in the planning, thinking about buying a lot and building a new home. We have be trying to get some budget numbers together prior to making this huge decision. We found a lot were interested in outside of Kelowna. Looking at various builder websites we landed on plan from Harmony. I emailed them on day one with a requested for a budget price using existing specs i saw from a previous project. My email was returned day two from Gary Carpendale, with a few questions about the lots we were looking at. Day three sunday, Gary drove out the site and checked the lots for us (unrequested by

We paid a deposit to have Harmony Homes build our carriage house. When our zoning suddenly changed and we needed to modify the design, the only option they provided to us was WAY outside our budget, was $60/square foot more than our original design and required us to tear down part of our existing house. They told us that we had to pick that design if we wanted to build that fall/winter. Plus it was a giant modern 4 car garage when we requested a small carriage house with a 1 car garage that would compliment our 100 year old home and leave us with some yard space. These cons built our house that never finished it and made us feel ripped off 800 000 bucks later and won’t even answer the phone I’m writing this as I hope no one elsE has to go through the misery of these people plus when they considered the house was done we had to deal with a gas leak for 2 years and made the house uninhabitable time live in thank GARY IF YOU DECIDED TO USE THIS COMPANY HE IS THE CON ARTIST

Working with Jason is always a pleasure. We know well before an expected date when we were needed to start our Post Construction cleaning and detailing and we could plan our time and get the job started. We highly recommend Harmony Homes to those considering a custom built home. Harmony's design process and knowledge about house construction and building codes were excellent, and enabled us to obtain the key features we wanted in our home. Construction was well managed with no major gaps where nothing was being done. Our budget was also well managed, and their change management process ensured we had no surprises. They were cooperative with us to enable some of the construction to be done by ourselves and leave the less important parts of the home unfinished so we could do them later to help with
