They lied to us wouldn't tell us what it cost said they would turn it into our insurance we said we didn't have 1000 dollars deductible he said don't worry I'll turn in some other damages to cover it but he didn't an Guy roofing wouldn't do anything about it they fired the guy that told us that an they were supposed to use a medal detector and pick… up all those nails they didn't an they busted light fixtures done other damages to the house I could go on an on we had to pick up nails for days an I stepped on 1 an fell hurt my knee they don't want to take responsibility for things they did

I suggest you get an additional estimate. Had a small leak in my roof. Guy Roofing estimator wanted me to pay $6,100 for a roof "tune-up". I was surprised because I paid (to a different company) $2,700 for a complete new roof 8 years ago. Called another company who came the next day, and repaired on the spot for $250. Rained last night, no leak!

Contacted Guy Roofing about an issue on the roof of my screened in porch, shingles were buckling - the roof on this porch is about 20 x 16 ft.
They suggested I replace the whole roof on the porch and quoted me $7,000 - yes that's $7,000.
Obviously, they didn't want to fool with such a small job, so they quoted a number that would definitely make me decide not to go with them or quoted me a price that if I did decide to go with them, then they would make a tremendous profit.
Bad business - beware.

We never heard back after a nice guy came to our house saying he was working on a neighbor's house and assessed our roof. We called about 4 times and it's been more than a month with no reply! He even left a sign in our front yard advertising, but never returned. Very strange circumstance, still wondering how to return the sign!

We are a military family living overseas when we had roof damage from a hurricane. The roof was replaced by Guy Roofing in Feb 2019. We are currently selling our home and the inspector found 2 shingles that slipped and were not installed properly. When I called to inquire about fixing the workmanship I was told the warranty had expired (in February, btw) and they do not work in our area anymore anyway. That this work was done under the 'old system, whatever that may mean.

I had a roof leak and called Guy Roofing Inc. A sales rep came and said the roof looked great and repairs could be made to a window that was leaking and a spot leaking on top of the house. I received a quote of $6199 and signed a contract to have the work done. The sales rep assured me that Guy Roofing Inc. guarantees their work and if the area continued to leak they would come and fix it at no charge.
A crew came to make the repairs and did not speak to me about the job, but a crew member did tell the man who came to fix my ceilings that the roof needed replaced and he didn't understand

My roof was replaced 8 years ago due to hail damage. I had seen Guy Roofing ads and their signs up in various neighborhood. After getting the go ahead from my insurance company my new roof was completed. 2 years ago I noticed some shingles had come off do I called thinking it was under warranty. The salesman came out checked the roof, and also a gutter I was concerned about. The quote was 1200.00. I found out workmanship was only for 5 years so I went with them even tho I thought the cost was too high. Fast forward to last Friday and I see 3 shingles are either loose or off in the the exact

No, I don't need a consultation. I need my ridge vent repaired to stop water leaking into my home. I have no interest in setting up a time when both my wife and I can be here so that you can attempt to upsell something that I don't need. I have a damaged ridge vent that's leaking water. I need a repair man, not a salesman. It's disappointing that you place a higher priority on setting up a sales appointment than helping a customer stop water from entering their house. That says a lot to me. It tells me that you only want large profit jobs and care less about your previous customers

This list of problems is to long to list here. High end home landscape, sprinklers, lighting damaged. Trash left behind. Workers laying in the grass because they did not have enough materials, cigarette buds left behind along with their food trash...
They did not do the full roof ridge until I insisted, they threw away gutter guards that where in perfect shape without asking. Told me I could buy new ones and pay them to install. I was like WHAT!!!??
So no I would not recommend!

I tried to call for an inspection (everything but my blood type was taken down) with the expectations I was to hear back with a quote.
The second time I called, I was told there was no information at all about by rentals (two)and she took the information again!..but wait! "Maybe the girl who took the information was at lunch, I'll call back in about an hour". I received no call...I again called two days later after not hearing from anyone..I got the same answer as before..."I don't see anything about your rentals"..."Well let me ask the other girl in the office
