Our reputation as one of the Lower Mainland's top roofing contractors has been in place since 1998 when our founder Doug Kerr recognized the very real need for better roofing workmanship. Before I founded our company, Absolute Roof Solutions, I had thought the standards for roofing projects in our area would have gotten better, considering all the leaky condos in BC. However, that seems to have affected only the larger projects where there is a building envelope specialist on the job.
At Absolute Roof Solutions, we know that roof leaks don't always happen at the most convenient times. Roof leaks can originate in unusual areas but show themselves in rooms far away from the original leak source. Water damage from leaks can spread quickly and cause quite a bit of visible and hidden damage to wood, walls, and materials.
The leak can begin in one area but by the time it's seen inside the home, it can have traversed through various areas. This can make it hard to determine the extent of the problem and where it began. Roof peaks, skylights, decks - these are all suspect when it comes to a roof leak. Numerous situations can occur such as shingles lifting in high winds or a diving rain finally finding the weak spot on the roof.

We recently had a problem with our roof and called Absolute Roof Solution. They sent Carlos for an inspection and cost of repairs. We agreed on the cost, which we found most reasonable and the job was recently performed by Carlos and one of his assistants. I found Carlos to be very professional, courteous and most obliging to our requests. I would definitely recommend Absolute Roof Solutions and in particular Carlos for any roofing problems.

There were two holes on my gutter rubber lining that urgently needed repair. Absolute Roof sent staff promptly while some other providers let me to wait for 4 to 6 weeks. Nolen and his team arrived very early in the morning and fixed it up before the rain started yesterday. They are very friendly and answered all my questions and took lots of pictures to show me. I am so happy about their service.

Absolute Roofing Solutions did our roof installation a good number of years ago and have been back a couple of times to repair minor leaks. ARS have always been timely with these repairs and done a good job. We recently had ARS clean our decks and deck boards and renew caulking where necessary, along with inspect the roof and install additional gutter down pipes. Carlos was amazing, he worked really hard, did a fantastic job, was respectful and communicative and always did more than expected to make sure we were happy. Carlos is the best, I can highly recommend him.

It was a real pleasure doing business with Greg and Julia from Absolute Roof Solutions. Both were professional and meticulous in their job and at the same time really friendly and approachable. Everything they did was reviewed and explained thoroughly. The finished repair job looked better than new and all the little extras they did (like painting the vent - good choice Julia) just took it over the top. I highly recommend ARS and especially Greg.

Carlos and Vinni are amazing. We had a major roof leak around 11PM in the winter last year and tried calling every company who claimed to be be 24/7. Nobody came or even answered until I called Absolute. Carlos arrived within 45 minutes in a total downpour, got on the roof and stopped the water from entering our bedroom. He identified the problem then scheduled an appointment to come back and fix the roof properly which he did with Vinni. They also replaced our noisy acrylic skylights that were ten years old with glass ones. For the record, glass skylights are so much better than acrylic! Carlos

Extremely effective roof repair.
On Friday Stephane came to see the roof and notify us that they will repair our roof. He told that they will need space to put the bin.
From Monday in three days few roofers worked on our leaking roof. Karan and JP came few times to apologize for excessive noise they produce, but that the part of the repair process.
At the end of the third day Stephane came and we went to see the roof.
All was done.
Thursday, it took few hours to clean the roof, return the bin, and clean the area around the bin.
Thank you for the professional work.

We are incredibly pleased we picked Absolute Roof Solutions, your company, to re-roof our house.
Back in November 2020, we noticed a large, dark, damp area on the garage ceiling and fearing a leak we called a roofer. He confirmed our suspicions and showed us photos of our cedar shakes torn off by raccoons and squirrels. There were big holes in numerous places.
Ours was cedar shakes and our roof was about 45ish years old and we had been putting off replacing our roof because of the high costs. We were quoted as expected a very steep price (current market price?) of replacing our whole house roof

Got a roof repaired , couple of cracked tiles, which we actually provide the tiles too . The 2 person that came by said it would take roughly 4 hours. But was done and gone in just under a hour and a half. We email and stated that , it should not cost us that much since it took less then quoted time and we provided the tiles as well.
We then was told the cost will not change because the 4 hours that was quote included traveling time and providing tiles would not make any difference. ( during email exchange for the cost of the repair and our commitment for the repairs , they did not know

Absolutely the worst customer service, response time and follow up of any company I have dealt with. When the roof was originally done they were very late in completing it. Also it took forever to get problems dealt with after they had my money. When accepting their quote, I specifically stated that they needed to seal the roof against rodents, which they claimed to do, yet we have had rodents entering through holes that were not sealed when the new roof was built. Would highly NOT recommend these guys as they do not care if you have problems after. In addition, when they quoted they slagged Penfolds

Poor communication and still waiting for repairs I called another company. I was told I was on a waiting list by Absolute and they are busy and I wish they would have told me this first. I have had another company come to my home, fix the leak and repair the shingles and vent. Absolute roofing never even covered up the leaking area and still saying I'm on a waiting list. All I can say is I lost 170.00 for an inspection and all they did is tell me my vent is leaking. DUH! thats why I called, cover it up and get it fixed. Repairs done by another company 600.00 cheaper than Absolutes quote

I have complained about couple issues such us no ventilation system for my new roof, wires hanging on the side. Rogers is a great guy , his team came back several times to satisfied my requirement, they have done a lot extra staff to ensure my roof can be insured. Thank you for the office, accounting department and Rogers.
However, they are couple things to remained other customers, my roof is a torch on roof, they subcontract to other company to do the actual work without notice me, the contract didn't mention no subcontract. The work they have done is fine, and Rogers came 1 or 2 times

Nothing but good things to say about these folks! Came to my house promptly to diagnose the situation, Gave me plenty of advice and what my options are. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Also I would have to say their price for consultation was above and beyond fair if you have an issue I would give these guys a call!
