My partner and I worked with Riverview to build our Bridgeland home and it was a great experience from start to finish. Chris put in many unbilled hours from the very beginning, viewing potential lots with us and joining in on architectural design meetings. Our house is one of the smaller ones in Riverview’s portfolio, but Chris was always available to us and made us feel like a priority.
We are very happy with the beauty and quality of our home, and were impressed by the expertise and attention to detail of the trades Riverview brought in. Our project was finished in a reasonable timeframe

I met the owner of Riverview, Chris, in one of his show homes in the NW. I can honestly say it is the nicest custom home I've ever seen! I've been in a lot of homes and if I had the money, I'd buy this home in a second. It was simply unreal. Two Alberta rivers converged and invaded our home in the Flood of 2013, filling our basement and soaking our main floor. Chris took on this emotionally-loaded renovation with respect and energy. He created a home for us, within our budget, which reflected our need to mitigate against future floods as well as use reclaimed materials with meaning and history. He and his team’s full-transparency, ethical management, constant communication and humour, responsiveness, and creative sourcing and flexibility turned a nightmare into a dream home.

Chris York and his team at Riverview built a custom home for us in Rosedale, NW Calgary, and I must say we are very pleased with the outcome.
Costs were within 3% of budget, and the variance was mostly due upgrades that I subsequently requested. Time wise, we were spot on.
What I appreciated most through out the build was the responsiveness and overall honesty and professional approach. Not being knowledgeable about construction, it was important for me to have someone I could trust, and I always felt that I got clear and straight answers.
