I just contacted this company to purchase a Casement Locking Latch that can be bought Monday-Friday for 25$ at ANY window or door company.
Because it's Sunday, and I seemed quite desperate for the part, the person on the phone, (Vin) asked for $75 for this piece.
Attempted Robbery in my opinion.
I even offered 50$ to compromise and he said no because I'm a, "ONE TIME CUSTOMER" as he stated.
