My parents were promised 4 to 6 weeks for window delivery. It is almost 10 weeks and they have been ignored and given the run around for several weeks. They have had to reschedule the siding contractors several times. The worst is they can’t get an honest answer and they are the ones that have to keep phoning, Supreme’s customer service is completely absent.

I recently had two windows replaced in my house by Supreme. I have previously purchased windows here and installed them myself. Because of the difficulty of installation of these two windows (second floor), I had Supreme do the installation. Reasonable pricing has been my decision to use Supreme. I was very impressed with how smooth the installation went. Not only was the job done sooner than expected, but the installers were skilled, clean and courteous. Thanks Supreme for a quality job!
