Matt Piatek, owner at Caar Corp and Caar Corp Additions at 201 Jones Ave and in Oakville preys on Senior home owners using a Realtor to buy homes for him at a fraction of the fair market value. He pays corrupt Realtors kickbacks in cash and it is never reported. He will build for you and keep charging until you go broke. He has a team of slaves from Africa and Eastern Europe he controls and feeds them beans and corn in exchange for work. Stay away!
