Do not use this company! So far it has been 4 months and they couldn't finish my bathroom reno... The tile guys quit on them, the drywall guy quit on them, and the main guy is nowhere to be found! Terry Kipping the owner, took cash payments and decided to no finish the work, and now won't return my calls! In case you are wondering about the quality of their work, check out the pictures. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was telling someone about how they showed for a quote, promised me the world, took 45 min of my time, it was raining and despite me taking my shoes off, they did not... Told me it would take a few days for the quote. Never heard from them. Phone calls not returned. The friend I told this to asks who and then says they had the exact same experience about a year ago - same company!!!!!!! By the looks of the reviews I guess we should feel lucky.

Only Facts - nothing personal -- Contractor is in breach of contract's substantial completion date - Listed as substantial completion Oct 15 2018 - current date Dec 16, 2019 - still not done. Most sub trades did their job to satisfaction - others did not, which caused a lot of band aids to but put on an entire house reno. Windows not centered, not level, crooked - floors with unlevel spots after after new sub floor installed - showers leaked, causing black mold (still not repaired)
