I cringe to have to ever deal with this company again! Unless you are builder who deals with this company regularly, I suggest staying far away unless you want to be treated extremely poor! It's hard to even get someone to talk to you when you walk through the door...they must train their staff to act all snotty and better than everyone else!? Four years ago, I spent a fortune on tile at Empire during a renovation and was treated horribly throughout the order process and then through installation. We're a custom plumbing company and have been using Empire for years for special order items they supply at a competitive price. Recently there was a miss-hap with an order we received with some items that were mixed up. Empire sent a rep the next morning in their personal vehicle to hand deliver the correct items. This level of service is something not scene all the time in our industry. Happy to continue supporting Empire.

I special ordered tile. I was told it should be in on Friday. I booked my installer for the following Tuesday. I called on Friday only to find the tile had not even been ordered yet so I had to cancel my installation and rebook. When the tile came in I wanted to look at it to make sure it was right because my installer had to move around his… schedule to fit me in. They would not let me look at the tile because they were concerned if it was opened and transported it might break. When my tiler arrived to install the tile we found it was the wrong tile. Ordered wrong by my sales person. Again
