We are completely impressed by the quality of both the windows and the installation. The original home builder left some nasty surprises but the installer took it in stride and ensured that the new windows were properly installed. We opted for an upgraded trim to match our existing trim and the windows look fantastic. Thank you Paul and the rest of the team!!!

Purchased new front windows late last year for our older home. They made the entire process easy during these challenging times. Irena and Paul were extremely helpful and made this an easy process. The windows were made faster than they stated they would be and installation was done within hours. I was very pleased and what a difference new windows make! Will be looking to complete the rest of the house and front door soon!

We had 9 windows replaced by Primary Seal Windows 9 years ago, and now 4 of them have a failed seal. The purchase contract clearly says the warranty covers window seal failure for a period of 20 years, so I contacted them to make a claim on the warranty. They are refusing to honour the warranty because they say seal failure is only warranteed for 5 years (contract says 20) and that it's not even their windows, they bought the glass from another manufacturer, so that's not covered.

My parents used Primary Seal a long time for over 30 windows/frames after renovating their old home and we had no problems other than 2 windows, which were covered by warranty and they care of it right away. Paul came to see about it personally. Last year, my wife and had all of the opening windows in our new home changed. I recently changed over to Weather Seal for all my renovations and flips that involve new windows. I got 4 quotes to do a house and only Weather Seal explained everything in detail. They helped me with the design and came up with a realistic price. The end result is stunning and made such a difference to the look of the house and property. Very easy to order the windows and no problem getting custom sizes done to match openings perfectly. Unlike big box stores that only work in generic sizes! I was very happy with the service provided by Primary Seal Windows and Doors, Toronto to us. The person who answered the phone was polite, friendly and helpful on top of that the owner of the company was courteous and friendly and gave me amazing…. deal! And I decided to go with them for replacements of all my windows with energy efficient windows. The project was completed in an efficient manner and I was very happy with the results.
