It's so nice that no move is too small! I contacted The Mover Guys to move my electric piano into storage. Being in a wheelchair, even simple moves like this present challenges, and I'm very grateful for the professional service I received. Booking was easy and I received reminder calls the day before and day of. The movers were timely and carefully handled my piano. The moving team was excellent and worked very hard, and high marks on professionalism. The main problem I had was that the owner wanted to change the date and timeslot due to another move that they appeared to have scheduled after I initially booked with them. So, if the company calls you back to try to shift your timeslot, probably the thing you need to do is cancel and move on because everyone simply ran out of time to get the job done properly.

I had an urgent situation where my 91 year old Dad moved in with me on short notice. James and the team at "The Mover Guys" were able to move things with very short notice. They were efficient, respectful, and great to work with. Will be doing a Facebook post and referring my friends, family, and clients to them.

Deciding the easiest way to do the basement renovations was to clear the entire area of furniture et al I contacted The Mover Guys. From the initial phone call where the owner and I discussed what services I required to agreeing how the company would best meet my needs to the “guys” coming in to do the actual work – it went smoothly. I was most taken with how efficient the trio was as I had that much that needed packing before moving. I had an amazing, stress free experience with the mover guys. The smoothest move I’ve ever had from start to finish! I moved from a two bedroom home into a storage locker and they did it very efficiently. Most of all they were kind and professional. I would highly recommend moving with them! Two guys showed up at the end of the month on short notice, moved every single thing in my house and it went perfectly. They were so fast and hard-working, and they were pleasant to deal with too. Nothing got lost or broken in the move at all, and they finished the entire job before asking for payment. From the moment they arrived, they were helpful and provided excellent service with my costs and best interests in mind. Last week, I had to move out of my condo in south Edmonton. Very last minute, I contacted The Mover Guys. Without hesitation, I was told not a problem they could help out. From the minute they picked up the phone it was such a pleasant and nice conversion. The BEST customer service. The two gentlemen who then actually helped move me arrived 15 minutes early, all smiles and were in and out in such a short time!
