I haven't even dealt with this builder for my own house, but the experience I've had speaking to their "secretary" was terrible! Unbelievably rude person that answers the phone every time you call has some serious attitude issues. I hope this isn't how she speaks to their own customers, but the secretary being the face of the company, the first impressions representative has to be the nicest, sweetest person that will make a potential customer want to come back. I recently built with A&S homes in Winnipeg (2015). I have run into tons of problems with them. Here are examples of the issues I have.
- they made us do our walkthrough before they even finish building the house (anyone deciding to build with them remember to include this in your agreement and make sure the house is complete before doing your walkthrough or else they will screw you)
- 2 months after taking possession and notifying them of issues we had during our walkthrough we are still waiting for them to resolve
- they don't caulk your windows or doors so you will have loss of heating

If i could I would give minus stars!! A & S has been my nightmare for the last year!! There is no words strong enough to express how incompetent they are and I never in my life been treated so badly! If I could I would camp out in front of their show home and tell people to never buy from this horrible builders!! The house looks beautiful and there is many problems with it, witch is understandable in a new home, just fix it don't give me the run around and yelling at your customers on the phone not acceptable!! So please do not buy an A&S home !! They are the worst in the business
