I replaced 15 Windows with Direct pro windows. Our salesman was a rep named Barry who was excellent. The Installers worked faster than I anticipated and cleaned up after them meticulously, we were impressed. Thanks for the great job, if you need replacement windows I highly recommend these guys. The whole process from the sales rep Eugene who was very knowledgeable about the window technology. The administration department to the installation crew I can’t express how satisfied I am. I replaced a total of 11 windows in my home and contacted Direct Pro. Charlie came to my home for the estimate and gave me the perfect windows for my home. He has great taste and I really liked his style. He was cost conscious and has a good eye for design. The windows were ordered and all went so smooth. My windows were delivered a few days early and Alexei and his crew came to install all the windows in 1 day. I was so impressed from beginning to end - great service to start and superb window installation. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!

We recently had the guys from Direct Pro come in to changes all the windows in our house. The Windows were over 20 years old and needed an upgrade. The stuff was extremely professional from the estimator to the installers; they were very patient and very educational. We were shopping around for the right quality and price and Direct Pro beat all other offers that we had received. We had a small issue with one of the windows installed on the second floor but the service guys came the next day after we called it in and fixed the problem right away. Thank You very much for such an amazing job we love

We had 7 windows replace by Direct Pro. We were impressed with the knowledge of Barry. He addressed our questions and concerns at the quoting stage. Our windows were ready when stated and the installer was amazing. We await the arrival of our front door and sidelights later this month. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Just finished replacing all our bedroom and living room windows. Firstly, the product is way above any other we found (and we did a lot of research!). We find ourselves to be quite picky and are even happier now the windows are in than we thought we would be. We’d considered wooden replacements and think these look better, really beautifully made. Secondly, the fitters who came did a fantastic job. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Direct Pro!

We really liked the quotation part as the sales representative was really friendly and informative. Also, he did not push us to make a sale, unlike most of the others. We decided to go with Direct Pro since we thought we are getting the most for that we pay. The installation took half a day and we liked the windows from the first sight.

November 2019 we had three new windows installed. They look great and are nice windows… but the large pair of casement windows that are our front window will not latch properly they are out of alignment I have been trying to get this addressed since early 2020. We have been promised calls but never got them he installer has disappeared . So much for warranty having value. Because of this despite the nice quality in general I cannot recommend this company

Before Hire DIRECT PRO WINDOWS think twice. i hire this company for my windows their sales agent advise me draft window to install and showing that it is more efficient and quality is good. we trust on them and signed paper as they advised. After installation we complain about window leaking also we show them how cold air entering through… small holes from windows but they refuse to fix it and after many calls and request they sent their tech to see and he reported all is well but no satisfaction about our leaking problem. after many calls back and forth their main boss say you choose
