My new window and 2 doors are absolutely beautiful! Dimitry & Alex all did an absolutely incredible job on my home. Due to the age of my house, I was not sure what to expect, and sure enough we ran into a snag with my window but Total Home Windows and Doors went above and beyond for me, and when I say above and beyond, i mean WAY above and WAY beyond. They fixed the issue, and completed the job in 1 day and I could not be happier. Feels like a whole new house. I had my new front door installed just over two years ago which was an excellent, professional and friendly experience from start to finish. Today we encountered a small issue with our door and the alignment which meant we couldn't lock the door. I called Total Home Windows and doors and Daniel was at my house in less then two hours the same day with problem resolved very quickly. Absolutely fantastic customer service in every way possible. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was inquiring to have my bay window(divided x2) in the living room replaced, plus sliders underneath each one. They do not take customers that need 2 windows or less. I tried to explain it was 4 windows, but the Customer Service told me that it was only 2. I was also going to explain the the rest of the house would be done in the spring, but I didn't get the chance to speak. The Customer Service was very unfriendly. I would never recommend them.
