Radiant is one of the worst companies in term of customer service.
They don't care about you or your website. They won't answer your questions and will also tell you to find other means of hosting. Umm, last I checked they do host websites.
They will tell you that your website is on a server that they are not updating, but will not offer to move you to a server that is UPDATE-able.
The technical support there is a joke and it takes them hours to actually acknowledge that your website has been down for hours.
End result: don't use their services. Their 'support' is
