It's hard to explain in an online review how amazing these two are. Once meeting Rob and Melissa you'll know right from the start they are passionate and an incredible team together. I was introduced to them by a few builders out of Boston Massachusetts. Between Melissa's incredible designs for all the builds and Robs ability to complete a full custom build on time is 100% what sets them a part. I'd recommend going to look at their portfolio. This will give you an example of why Melissa's designs are so incredible. You'd never be able to guess what year each were built in as she strays away from

If you are looking to build or remodel, Veranda should be your first (and only) stop. My husband and I met with other potential builders prior to choosing Veranda and I couldn't encourage you enough to consider the quality (and in turn value) you will receive with Veranda. (Seriously, please go around the the various show homes and feel the millwork, open the doors and drawers, pay attention to the quality of the materials that are used, etc.) Regardless of your budget, solid, well built homes with timeless aesthetics hold value (and cost you less) in the long haul. My wife and I have undertaken a number of significant residential projects and worked with a lot of trades and contractors. We can say without question that our best experience has been with Veranda - honest, organized, straightforward and conscious. We believe that proper project management is very important to deliver a large build project on time AND on budget. Rob and Melissa accomplished both - 9 month build timeline and within 1% of original budget.
