Plumbing issues. Over the last few weeks we experienced a drain back up which completely destroyed the contents, carpet and drywall in our finished basement. We were completely overwhelmed and in over our head. Not knowing what to do after we cleaned, removed and tore up everything we contacted about 8 plumbing companies to get an idea on what happened and what to do to avoid future problems. I have to say that I was very pleased with their service.
1) called number and it was immediately answered.
2) had to change time and they were very accommodating.
3) guys who came over give you a price upfront, no hidden fees. There is a $59 service fee for any call.
4) had parts on hand, fixed and cleaned the space before leaving.
5) same day service too, which is very rare these days.
I will definitely be calling them for future needs that arise.

I had a plumbing emergency & Peter really came through for me, He had two of his guys come & fixed my issue within a couple hours of my call. They were very professional & explained to me what they were doing. I am a new hone owner & Peter educated me on the issues I had which made it easier for me to make some decisions. Home improvement can be stressful but this was not, I am very grateful.

It's hard to find an ethical plumber who will be straight up with you. Peter, the owner of Plumbers Direct Inc. came through when the City sewer backed up into the basement. Peter instills trust. He and his crew installed a back water valve and new drain clean out as well as new pipes to connect an exterior drain to an interior drain. They were pleasant, professional, clean and more importantly, very communicative, on time and stuck to their quote even when a few extras popped up. What a pleasant experience in such unpleasant circumstances. I've found my plumber for life!

I've used Plumbers Direct several times over the years. Peter is always quick to reply, offers professional advice and is very reasonable to work with. As always Plumbers Direct has provided exceptional service! This time we had a camera inspection for a blockage, and a sump pump/backwater valve installed. We have never second guessed ourselves to call for their services for both our home and work locations. Peter and his team are very professional, informative and responsive. (Other than not having the plumbing issue in the first place,) I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Peter and his team was able to deliver.
Prompt, responsive, he accurately set my expectation of his arrival time, professional, courteous, diagnosed the root cause, articulated the issue in laymen's terms (for my benefit), and resolved the issue quickly. I cannot recommend a tradesperson with more confidence.
