Very shady business dealings. We had an issue in our kitchen and we described specifically what the issues were on the phone. Someone came to provide a quote, they ended up charging $70 for a quote when their website clearly stated that the quote is free of charge if the work is done by them. Their excuse was that they didn't have the time to do the work during the initial visit - this despite us explaining clearly what was the issues were on the phone. Didn't end up going with them given how shady they run their business.

I found this company through Google. They were prompt, and professional and the work was done very quickly. No mess left behind and Jeff was polite and personable. I have a tub issue and will be requesting their services for that shortly. I highly recommend.

I actually called Jeff in for two jobs, toilet repair and a bathroom stall issue. The former was done really fast and efficiently (we have our second toilet again yay!), and the latter, as it turned out, could not be easily fixed. Jeff was super honest with me about the things that needed to be done, which I really appreciated. Also, if anything, Jeff is a great guy to chat with :) Thanks for coming in and helping us with our repairs!

Jeff showed up during the allotted time and was friendly and responsive to all my questions. He explained the problem of the leaking faucet in detail and gave two options for repair. He completed the faucet replacement in good time and was clean and respectful of my home. The price was neither cheap nor expensive, about middle of the road of what I would expect. I would definitely use his company again in the future.

I've worked with Jeff before. He's been in the business for a long time and understands that his reputation and word are his most important and valued attributes. As such, he takes pride in doing the job right. I had two jobs. The first job was to repair a leak underneath my kitchen sink. The other job was to install a sump pump backup system. We ordered parts for the second job so this review is just for my pipe repair. He tried to fix the sink as efficiently as possible. However, it became clear that the pipes (which are made out of plastic) were not holding. To boot, it appeared the pipes were

Jeff was wonderful! We had a dreaded ceiling leak stemming from our bath/shower and were expecting the worst. He was able to confidently diagnose our issue (which luckily was not worst case scenario) and fix it in under two hours. In addition to confidently fixing the leak, he also provided us with great advice about how to put other fixes in place to prevent a future reoccurrence.
