We need a new roof and like everyone else, though we needed several different companies to come and give us a quote. After the experience we received from the first two companies, Marc was a breath of fresh air. His knowledge of the industry and passion for his craft was evident during the presentation, we were blown away.

The roof vent was damaged by Raccoon on Saturday night of long weekend. It is very difficult to find the roof repair contractor during the long weekend Sunday. Luckily I found Marc from Certified Roof Repairs. He called me back and made emergency appointment very quickly although he was busy for another job. He showed up on time with all necessary parts and fixed the damage within half hour even the roof was still covered by snow. The house could be damaged seriously if the damaged roof vent wasn't fixed in time. Thanks Marc.

We woke up this morning to multiple leaks in our kitchen and immediately sent out inquiries to a number of roofing companies. Marc responded promptly and was at the house within about 30 minutes to complete his assessment and recommendation. We were expecting to have to replace the roof given what we thought was its advanced age and condition but Marc identified the issue and will shortly be implementing corrective measures - all with the intent of prolonging the life of our existing roof. Mark did an amazing job repairing my roof. I spoke with him at 10’oclock in the morning and he gave me an appointment for the next day.
I asked if he could come immediately as I was worried of the bad weather the next day. He agreed to come and fix the damage on the same day. I came home and was so surprised that he was able to repair the roof! So glad because the next day it rained so bad! I definitely recommend Mark. Very reliable and he can do the right job!

Marc is an extremely professional, courteous, and top notch guy. I cannot speak highly enough of the work he did for us. We tried two other roofers with no success before we found Marc and nothing was too much trouble for him even though it was quite a small job. Best guy we have have ever found for fixing roofing issues and he really knows his stuff. Ours is a Marley Tile roof.

I am so impressed with Certified Roof Repairs. After finding a leak in our roof I reached out and Marc responded right away -- the job was super fast, very reasonable and expertly done. After some of the wind storms we've had, we have had Marc come out to do some quick repairs, which he has taken care of right away, even when busy. I had to do small repairs on my roof after a very windy day, then I check the web and I found that Certified Roof Repairs had an excellent score so I call them and Marc answered the phone right away.. I spoke to Marc and explain my emergency situation and he came right away and fixed the roof problem. After a short conversation i noticed the level of knowledge and honesty. He charged me a fair price for the job.

Called Certified Roof Repairs and they were very professional. They scheduled a visit for the next day. Mark confirmed cca 30min before he arrived that he is on the way. After he arrived he assessed the problem, informed me about it and with my approval he fixed it. It was a simple problem left from other roofers working on our house 2 years ago. I will definitely call them again and suggest them to everyone. Very professional and a good person.

Marc and his team did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our house and garage. They also did some repair work to our fascia and soffits at no extra charge. It was in the late fall when the weather was dicey but they didn't take any risks, ultimately finishing the job in 3 days. I would highly recommend Certified Roof Repairs to anyone looking for any roofing work.
