Unlike the huge companies, these people care about my safety. Everytime we set off the alarm, which is sadly quite often, teenagers and all, LOL, they call to ensure our safety. No extra charge. The big companies do not do this. This monitoring system makes me feel so much more secure in my home. Any troubles , instant service. The owner checks… in with us at least once a year, Usually at Christmas to bring us some calenders and make sure we are happy. We have dealt with several alarm companies over the years at home and with our two stores. is so much better than the others.
